This hotel in Sardinia truly exceeded my expectations. The value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices for a quality stay. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the well-equipped rooms to the clean and spacious bathrooms. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome and ensured that my stay was enjoyable. Additionally, the location on a beautiful coastal road provided stunning views and easy access to the nearby beaches.
Nothing fell short of my expectations.

Location is away from town centre & beaches. There is a lack of public transport facilities & hotel staff are not helpful if English speaking. It would be useful if the hotel description specified a car is required.

Close to the beach, pool available, good breakfast included.
Wi-fi was intermittent and available only in the reception area. You will need your own transportation-not a bad thing but necessary to go anywhere.

Everything was perfect. Great location, close to the beach, friendly and helpful staff, great food. We hope to spend more time there. Ps: a car is recommended (parking is free at the location).

Nice staff, very friendly bartender (Pasquale - but he speaks Italian and German not English).
There is wifi at the hotel but there is no internet point so you need to have your laptop with you. The hotel is located outside the town, on foot It is not a clever thing to go to the town centre on foot because it takes around 40-50 minutes and there is no pavement along the road. Dinner in the hotel is goog but rather overpriced, same quality is available cheaper in the town.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled on a hillside with stunning ocean views. The attention to detail in the spacious rooms, complete with a private patio, creates a luxurious atmosphere. The staff's remarkable service, exemplified by their dedication to returning a forgotten wallet, truly sets this hotel apart.
All aspects of this hotel were top-notch.

Great friendly staff, couldn't of been more helpful. Nice size clean rooms. Really beautiful location, small walk to a beach. Great pool. Only thing is that was 15min taxi ride from san teodoro centre but hotel staff can call cabs for you, but can be tricky getting one back but most locals are more than happy to help u out.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. All rooms have their own patio area with table and chairs, perfect for chilling out in the evening. We had a totally relaxing stay. The gardens around the complex are immaculate and the swimming pool is just what you need in the Sardinian heat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals were good and varied, we were there for two weeks and every day the choice was different. The transfer time from Olbia airport is only about half an hour.
The location of the hotel is a problem if you don't have your own transport. We hired a car in the second week of our stay so that we could get to see the neighbouring towns. If you like taking an evening stroll it is a bit limited. The walk to the beach is along a dusty track which is a bit off putting at first but is well worth the effort if you like to be beside the sea with a cooling breeze. There are no beach facilities but the hotel does have brollies you can borrow. It is a pebble beach so beach shoes are advisable to make it easier getting in and out of the sea. Dogs are allowed in the hotel, even in the dining room, which was a problem for us but obviously this won't worry some people.

Located in a scenic and serene setting, this hotel provided just the right environment for a relaxing break. The spacious and well-decorated bedrooms opened onto a private terrace and flawless garden, making it an ideal place to relax. A refreshing dip at the pool topped with a daily supply of fresh beach towels was a major highlight. the hotel's proximity to a range of stunning beaches and easily accessible restaurants was an added advantage.
The hotel did have a few areas that could be improved. The bedding was slightly uncomfortable and noisy at times, which could affect sleep quality.

Very peaceful and charming. Helpful staff and very good location for quiet break. Lovely pool. A special place.
Breakfast was a little limited and some items ran out rather quickly, but overall the experience of the hotel was so good it didn't bother us.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The spacious and clean rooms were a highlight, especially the lovely outdoor patio area. The hotel's attention to detail and immaculate gardens and pool added to the overall ambiance. The staff were friendly and the evening meals were delicious, with a great variety of traditional dishes. The hotel's location near beautiful beaches, which were less crowded away from the main tourist areas, was a definite plus.
Everything was perfect, no complaints at all.

Really enjoyed my weekend at this hotel! the location is fantastic, with beautiful beaches a short drive away and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. the rooms were spacious, decorated beautifully, and impeccably clean. the pool was a real highlight, with comfortable deckchairs and fresh towels offered daily.
The breakfast was a little underwhelming - limited options and not the best quality. I found the staff to be a bit cool and distant, which detracted a bit from the warm and welcoming experience I was hoping for.

This hotel is in an ideal location with easy access to idyllic beaches. Guests can drive to San Teodoro village for a selection of great restaurants. the spacious rooms on the ground floor open onto a lovely garden. Their presentation is impeccable, with fresh linens and very clean bathrooms. the service is exceptional with very friendly staff. There is a beautiful swimming pool with plenty of loungers, and the daily fresh towels are an excellent touch.
One small negative point is that the breakfast selection could be improved to match the rest of the hotel's high standard.
